Ms. Rashi Singla is the Founder and proprietor of Rashi Singla & Associates, a peer reviewed firm. She is a qualified Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) having over 8 years of experience including 6 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Laws, Legal and secretarial Compliances, Secretarial Audit, Corporate Governance, Compliance Audit, Corporate Litigation, Corporate Restructuring, Obtaining Regulatory Approvals, FEMA, IPR Laws, SEBI Regulations and LODR Compliances etc.

She is a qualified Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and B.Com (Hons.) graduate from Delhi University.

Mr. Rahul Sharma is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Law Graduated and Bachelor in Commerce, having more than 12 years of experience in Corporate Laws, Legal Compliances, Secretarial Audit, Corporate Governance, SEBI Regulations and LODR Compliances and IPR Laws etc. in. He is also a registered Trade Mark Agent.

He worked in Industry with PSU under JV at Senior Management Level and has in-depth exposure in the field of Corporate Secretarial Functions, Corporate Management, Corporate Legal Compliance, Regulatory Approvals, Corporate Restructuring, Listing Arrangement & Compliance, Admin & HR issues etc.

CA Mahesh Chand Gupta

Mr. Mahesh Chand Gupta is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has also obtained Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Rajasthan University. He has professional experience of more than 35 years in handling tax matters of various Indian & International Companies. He has worked with professionally managed corporates in capacity as a consultant. He has vast knowledge of Statutory and Tax Audits, Statutory Compliances, Domestic and international taxation, service tax matters, GST, and tax litigation. He is proficient in analyzing tax efficient models and providing advisory services for business restructuring transactions, handling tax investigations, concurrent audit. He has been involved in preparation of due diligence reports for various clients. He has gathered extensive experience in finalization of accounts according to the requirements of Indian Accounting Standards.
